This website
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels, which is why there is no cookie banner. If you pick a language with the language switch, your browser remembers that choice in one functional cookie, so you land on the right language next time.
The contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and the IP address it was sent from. We use the IP address only to prevent abuse. We use this data to answer your question and for nothing else, and keep it no longer than that conversation, and any collaboration that comes out of it, requires.
The robot check on the form runs on our own server. Nothing is sent to a third party.
The platform
Customers connect their mailbox and business software to Supertaak. In doing so we process data on the customer's behalf, and only to do what the customer asks of us. We sell nothing on and do not use customer data to train AI models.
Our servers are in the European Union. The customer chooses which language model to use: an external provider, or a model on their own server. With an external provider, the content being assessed goes to that party, under its terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete the data we process about you. Send a request to info@supertaak.com. We reply within thirty days.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
